Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused and unworn;
• the item must be in its original condition;
• the original packaging must be preserved.

Returns are not accepted for:

• used, worn, or washed items;
• items returned without original packaging;
• items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

To initiate a return, please contact us and provide your order number.

Return instructions will be sent after approval.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video evidence.
